I accept all risks involved and will not hold Gaulois Academy, its staff, committee members, volunteers, and/or coaches responsible. The participant agrees to follow all rules and instructions given by the coaches or volunteers during activities. Recognising that football involves physical contact, I understand and accept that Gaulois Academy, its coaches, committee members and volunteers are not liable for any injuries incurred during participation.
