As the parent or legal guardian of the named participant, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms in consideration of Gaulois Academy enrolling my child in its activities: Gaulois Academy operates as a non-profit organisation, led by staff and volunteers dedicated to nurturing a love for football among children. Gaulois Academy will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries the participant may sustain. I confirm that the participant is physically fit to engage in football training and matches. I accept all risks involved and will not hold Gaulois Academy, its staff, committee members, volunteers, and/or coaches responsible. The participant agrees to follow all rules and instructions given by the coaches or volunteers during activities. Recognising that football involves physical contact, I understand and accept that Gaulois Academy, its coaches, committee members and volunteers are not liable for any injuries incurred during participation. I release Gaulois Academy, its volunteers, committee members and coaches from any liability regarding property damage, loss, injuries, or death, whether or not resulting from negligence or recklessness on their part, occurring during ordinary activities. I consent to the use and sharing of my personal information by Gaulois Academy for the purposes of managing and organising events and activities, addressing inquiries, and obtaining feedback. I agree to be contacted via email and phone. I grant permission for Gaulois Academy to capture photos and videos of the participant during training sessions and events for use on the academy’s website, social media, and other promotional materials.
